The following sections list and describe the changes to Wwise between version 2017.1 and version 2017.1.1. For earlier versions, please refer to Previous Release Notes. If using the online help, you can also choose a different Wwise version from the list on top of the table of contents column.
Behavior Changes

Platform SDK Changes

New Features
- WG-34177 Added Python 3.6 support for WAAPI. All Python code samples have been tested with the latest Autobahn version (17.8.1) using the built-in asyncio library for Python 3.6 and trollius for Python 2.7.

- WG-33074 "Default" Game Object of Emitter-Listener tab can no longer be added to Watches tab.
- WG-33554 Fixed: Enable positioning option not available from the Mixing Desk.
- WG-33565 Fixed: Attenuation still displayed in 3D Game Object viewer even if bus is 2D enabled.
- WG-33794 Fixed: Exiting Wwise while calling WAAPI sometimes causes the Wwise.exe process to continue running even after closing the main window.
