Description:

• One hello and two tennis ball launcher sounds are provided as loud transient noises to be used to fine-tune reverberation parameters. Unlike the Hello, the tennis ball launchers not only emit a sound, but also project a tennis ball in the direction that the mouse or analog stick is pointing.

Action Item:

• To swap between sounds:

  • Keyboard: Q

  • Controller: Left Trigger

• To fire a tennis ball launcher or Hello sound:

  • Keyboard: Mouse Left Click

  • Controller: Right Trigger

What to Expect:

• The launcher sound for each ball is slightly different; the blue one is mostly just an impulse, while the yellow one has been designed to sound similar to what we're used to hearing in films and games. The hello is useful to test early reflections and reverbs.
