  2. Open Concrete Medium Surface.rpp in REAPER.

  3. Select track 9, named 01 Basic Layer 1 Base. It is a child of track 8, named Loop Start.

  4. The volume of track 9 is set to -inf dB. Increase the volume to 0 dB.

  5. From the REAPER menu bar, click File > Save project (Ctrl+S, Command+S on macOS).

  6. From the REAPER menu bar, click View > Region/Marker Manager.

  7. In the Region/Marker Manager, type "start" to filter the view. Then select all 18 regions in the results.

  8. From the REAPER menu bar, click File > Render.

In the Render to File dialog that opens, 18 regions are selected to render.

  9. Ensure all settings in your dialog match those shown in the following figure, and then click Render 18 files.

  10. In the Render Warning dialog that opens, click Overwrite.

The files are rendered and the issue is resolved.
