Rendering Files and Using the UCS
Each subproject includes a Rendered folder that contains default rendered audio files output
from the subproject based on all of the regions in the project. The files are Broadcast Wave
Format with a resolution of 24 bits at 96 kHz.
Refer to the Strata User Guide for complete details on how the names and metadata are automatically
generated.
In short, the files are named using the following:
The $wildcard formula in the Render to File window.
The black data region Name.
The selected regions that are within the data regions' timeline duration.
If no regions are selected in the Region/Marker Manager, REAPER’s default behavior is to
render all regions in the project.
The files contain embedded metadata based on the data in the data region, the Project Render
Metadata, and $wildcards that REAPER uses to retrieve data from the project.
Note that the Rendered folder is in a relative path to the subproject, which keeps
the Rendered files in a predictable folder that can move with the subproject if you
copy the subproject folder to another location.
