New Features

  • WG-68107 (wp.py) Added the ability to sign dynamic libraries on Windows by exposing arguments to forward to SignTool.exe as a post-build step.
  • WG-69592 Added an option to premake for a specific toolset with wp.py.

Bug Fixes

  • WG-73491 Fixed: Crash in low-memory conditions when resampling using float input source.
  • WG-73617 Fixed: Memory leak under low-memory conditions when decoding Vorbis sources.

Fixes for Community-Reported Bugs

  • WG-63881 Fixed: Crash when changing the output bus of music objects.
  • WG-69402 Fixed: Binary differences in some .bnk and .wem files when generated using Wwise.exe compared to WwiseConsole.exe. Files generated by WwiseConsole.exe remain unchanged, while those generated by Wwise.exe are slightly different.
  • WG-71833 Fixed: (Mastering Suite) Multi-channel audio objects lead to incorrect gain evaluation.
  • WG-72796 Fixed: (macOS) EULA message box might appear empty.
  • WG-73257 Fixed: Crash in ComputeVBAP3D when using AK::SoundEngine::SetSpeakerAngles.
  • WG-73692 Fixed: Crash or assert in AkMediaEntry::Release when multiple copies of media are added while that media is in use.
  • WG-73708 Fixed: Crash in Bypass_I16_2ChanAVX2 when using the PCM codec.
  • WG-73849 Fixed: ak.wwise.core.getProjectInfo does not provide correct SoundBank paths after changing Project Settings or generating SoundBanks.
