Platform SDK Changes

Switch SDK SDK version is 1.4.0.
PS4 SDK SDK version is 4.508.41.

Bug Fixes

WG-32985 Fixed: Crash when trigger rate transition duration reaches 0.
WG-33050 Fixed: Initialization crash on Android 4.1 and older.
WG-33149 Fixed: Applying envelope to duration as an RTPC.
WG-33215 Fixed: Some object references are not shown in the Multi Editor.
