Similar to viewing files in either Explorer (on Windows) or Finder (on macOS), the Project View will show all files within the Unity project Assets folder. On the left side you will get the folder structure, and the contents of the selected folder will be shown on the right side.

From the Project View, you can drag assets into other views to assemble your Scenes.
