Perfect optimization is always a balance of the resources you have at your disposal. PCM uses very little CPU, compared to codecs; but, while it does use a large amount of memory, it preserves an uncompressed and clean signal for your most detailed and essential sounds. For testing performance usage, a separate Music Playlist object has been constructed in the WAG Wwise Project. It’s a copy of the Dungeon and Enemy Music Playlist combined, with the exception of having layer variation.
