Who can have an account on this website?

Customers with an active maintenance contract, as well as potential customers who want to do a supported evaluation of our products, can request an account on our website.

To request a supported evaluation period, or if you work for a company that has an active maintenance contract with us and you need an account, please let us know via the contact form.

What more can I access when I log in?

Once logged-in, you can:

  • Access the Downloads section without filling out the form
  • In the Downloads section, get access to non-public files (depending on your licensed products, platforms, and contractual modalities):
  • In the Knowledge Base, access console-specific articles (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and so on). See below for more info.
  • Use the Feedback Form to submit questions, requests and bug reports to Audiokinetic Support

Note: The Windows-only package that can be downloaded without being logged-in is exactly the same you can download when logged-in, so if you got Wwise from the public downloads section and only have the Windows platform, there is no need to download again -- it is the exact same file. If, on the other hand, you have access to non-Windows platforms, you'll need to login so you can download the full package.

A note about Knowledge Base login

The same username and password can be used to login on www.audiokinetic.com and kb.gowwise.com. However, these are two separate websites so you do need to login separetely on both sites (in other words, even if you are already logged-in on the main website, you will need to login again on the KB in order to access non-public articles).
